#BlackPanther continues making #History!

AHHHHHHHHH!! Any news about Black Panther is exciting for me. I feel so thirsty for more #BlackPeopleMagic on the big screen! The overall lesson from the responses to Black Panther reminds us that #RepresentationMatters. There's a video that has gone viral of three black men expressing the #BlackBoyJoy over the Black Panther poster. The men share, "This is what white people get to feel all the time...since the beginning of cinema. You get to feel empowered and represented. This! All the time! I Would love this country too!"

Back to news about Black Panther breaking records!!! Black Panther has secured its place as the third-biggest MCU movie in North America, earning a solid $8.1 million on its 11th day of release. That figure puts the superhero flick’s 11-day domestic total at $411.7 million, well past Captain America: Civil War, which raked in $408 million in 2016, and Iron Man 3, which secured $409 million in 2013, Forbes notes. AHHHHHH!!

Now I'm waiting for Black Panther to pass Wonder Woman (a few more mills to go) and become the fifth-biggest comic book superhero movie of all time in unadjusted North American grosses, being beaten out only by The Dark Knight Rises, Avengers: Age of Ultron, The Dark Knight -and The Avengers. Forbes predicts, it should begin its third weekend with around $437 million, which would secure its place as the 16th-biggest domestic earner of all time!
